Engineer turned Product Leader.

I started as an embedded systems engineer — building sensor hardware for prosthetics, then vehicle live-tracking systems for public transit. That technical foundation shapes how I think about product: grounded in systems, skeptical of hype, focused on what actually ships.

In 20 years I've moved across scales — from 8-year domain immersion at DILAX, to leading product orgs at scale-ups, to zero-to-one validation at startups. Each context taught something different about what "good product" means.

Today I focus on the intersection of AI and B2B SaaS — where there's real opportunity to build products that change how teams work, not just dashboards with a language model bolted on.

I'm based in Berlin, work in English, German, and French, and am open to product leadership roles or high-impact consulting engagements.
